Once the team is formed and the role of each team member defined, we should make a planning that includes all the tasks to perform, the estimated time and, where is needed, the available budget.
Surely, this planning will have to be reviewed in the future according to the development of events. I assume there is a planning team. This consists of managers, with requisite roles and responsibilities. In strategic planning, a workshop is a meeting at which a planning team engages in intensive discussion and activity on the big issues facing the organization.
This is a good business meeting icebreaker because it prepares participants to work with the barriers to change in an experiential way.
